Pine Needle Tea

It's a good(free) source of vitamin C. I find myself preferring spruce. Do some research on what you can use and what you can't. Most of the internets say to steep the needles instead of boil them as it degrades the vitamin C.

There are some that are poisonous so read up.

It has an acquired taste but seeped pine needle tea is very good for you.
