I think that Biden is a placeholder for Hillary's entrance at the DNC.

He's a tool. I honestly think they just don't want Berrnie to even get a hint of power or winning. The Dems know they have no chance in Nov, though they keep trying.

Maybe the dims will try to drop Fredo's brother into the slot? He's on TV almost as often as Trump.
