Re: Quinine

Tang is an old standby favorite when it comes to things like using powdered livestock antibiotics which tend to have a very bitter taste all by themselves.

Re: Quinine

Colloidal silver would probably be effective in it's own way. Be careful of argyria, where you ingest too much colloidal silver and wind up permanently looking like a smurf. Zinc is known to be effective as a supplement to your body's defense in fighting off viruses that effect respiratory system. I...

Re: Panic Buying

J&G Sales didn't price gouge and their customer service was top notch. A week ago they sent me the wrong order, 300 rounds of GECO .357mag 158gr full metal jacket semi-wadcutter, when I had ordered 300 rounds of GECO .357mag 158gr jacketed hollowpoint (the Swiss owned, German made brand, GECO, is ve...

Reloading

IMHO, this is not TEOTWAWKI. This is the dress rehearsal for it. Once again, there is a run on guns, only this time it is accompanied by a run on toilet paper, sardines, chicken, etc. One of the key things that quarantine is good for is to hunker down and sort your stuff, and find holes in your prep...

Re: Here they come

Maybe, but I live near Padre Island, one of the prime Spring Break destinations, and it is something of a fizzle this year.
